Description of Activities:

 The owner and Editor of Britain’s widely circulated Broad Sheet Newspaper ‘POTRIKA’.  Came to England for further education in 1972, was the first Student Union President of Asian origin.

Appointed, Justice of the Peace in 1991.  Owner of many catering establishments including one of the country’s finest “The Rajpoot” in Bath.  Involved in property development in the UK and Bangladesh.  Director of, Kushiara Composite Knit Industries based at Savar, Dhaka, 100% export orientated industry with over 2,500 workforce.  Spends considerable amount of time for Charity related causes he is a pioneer of many Charitable projects including founded Bangladesh House (Bristol) 1990, Bangladesh Centre (1993), Shahjalal Jame Mosque (Bristol) 1998,  Established UK Immigration Advisory Service Branch at Sylhet in the year 2000, (the first office outside Britain).
